During the pandemic our deaf and hard of hearing community have found communication even more challenging than usual. Mask wearing has made us all realise how much we rely on lip-reading and facial expressions to communicate. If we could all use some basic sign language it was make a HUGE difference to people, regardless of their level of deafness.
